DC/097081RefuseDecision issued 14 Nov 2025

Request to remove two lime trees at the far end of the plot where Haven Close meets Bramhall Moor Lane to allow property development. The adjoining plot also requests removal due to previous foundation issues caused by tree roots. The landowner is unwilling to build until trees are removed, citing unsocial behavior and visual disturbance.

Proposal as recorded

2x Lime tree towards the far end of the plot where Haven close meets Bramhall moor lane. Permission to chop the trees to allow development of the land of our property. The adjoining plot on Bramhall moor lane also has requested the trees to be removed as they have advised the house which was demolished had the foundations affected by the roots of these trees. The owner of this land is also not willing to build on the land until these trees have been removed. This is also causing disturbance to our property due to unsocial behaviour happening on the empty plot as well as the eyesore it currently looks. TPO 91W.
