Request to pollard a Plymouth pear tree, reducing its height by up to 20 feet to manage growth and prevent interference with buildings and telephone wires.

Proposal as recorded

T1 Plymouth pear (T1) is healthy but unmanaged and multi stemmed. It current stands at 40-50 feet tall. I request to pollard the tree and reduce the height by up 20 feet. This is to bring the crown of the tree below the buildings and telephone wires (denoted in the picture) and manage the lateral growth as it is rubbing on the buildings next to it. This should help maintain the trees health.
