Application to significantly cut back ash trees in a neighbour's garden that overhang the property, to ensure safety and provide clearance. T1 and T2 have TPOs, and T3's TPO status is uncertain.
Proposal as recorded
The trees are in our neighbours garden and overhang our property. Neighbours have given full consent for us to make the application and complete the works. The trees need significant cutting back as they lean on a 45 degree angle and drop large branches on the road and both gardens. The trees are ash trees. T1 and T2 we believe have TPOs. They need cutting back to make them safe and remove the overhang on the road and our property to provide sufficient clearance. T3 we are unsure if this has a TPO on it but needs cutting back to provide sufficient clearance for our property. TPO 220E.
