Application under Section 19 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 for variation of condition 2 of Listed Building Consent 112961/LBC/24 (Listed Building consent sought for the insertion of stainless-steel helical bars for the repair of cracked brickwork, strengthening of flat brick arch lintels and replacement of sections of brick, stone, mortar and roof slates and repair/replacement of roof spars, timber joists and timber lintel.). To include works to first floor, consisting of timber repairs to first floor and provision of additional lateral restraints to north and south gable walls by tying walls to first floor structure.
