Facade remediation works including new panelling and alterations to existing windows - NON MATERIAL AMENDMENT TO 23/07318/FU - Metal louvres at roof level to match new design for windows; Glazing added behind louvered section of AOV. To match new window design; AOV design to first floor revised to provide regulation compliant free openable area; High level PPC aluminium spandrel panels introduced to first floor curtain walling to contain ventilation grills and allow for termination of Corten cladding soffit. Colour to match window frames. All other glazed and non glazed panels replaced with like for like.
