Application to remove a dangerous limb from a mature laburnum tree and to remove a maple tree in the rear garden due to safety concerns and light obstruction, with plans to plant a new tree in a more suitable location.

Proposal as recorded

T1 Mature laburnum -The tree trunk has split to ground level and one limb has pulled away and is now potentially dangerous. This limb requires removal for safety and to preserve the tree if possible. T2 Maple - Removal of tree situated in the rear garden on the South-West boundary. It overhangs a glass structure in a neighbouring garden and causes problem with branch drop. It also reduces light to the border. Plant new tree in more suitable location.
