Plan to fell a T1 Spruce tree due to its decline and dieback, which makes it unsafe and affects the garden's amenity.
Proposal as recorded
T1 Spruce - Fell, the tree is evidently in decline with signs of dieback on one side of the crown. In our opinion, due to its' species, we couldn't suggest a reduction or pruning back to see if it would regenerate as this is not the nature of spruce trees and should we remove the dead / dying branches it would leave the crown unbalanced with the majority of the weight on one side, potentially making the tree unsafe and also affecting the amenity of the garden area.
