Variation of condition 3 (approved plans) to previously approved planning application 23/03258/FU (previous variation) for alterations to the facade; reduction of height of building; extension to height of stair tower to east corner; internal alterations to accomodate further aparthotel units.- NON MATERIAL AMENDMENT TO 24/01418/FU - Minor design alterations to the Build to Rent (BtR) phase, including the removal of some wind mitigation measures following updated wind modelling of the BtR phase of the development. As such, the NMA application also seeks to amend the wording of condition 43 to include reference to the updated wind assessment.
