T1 Oak - Propose an all round canopy lift to provide a 5 metre clearance from the ground. This is been suggested due to large wagons using the street for turning manoeuvres and catching the lower canopy which is damaging branches. All cuts will be kept to branches less than 2 inches and back to suitable growth points
