The amendments include removal of a chimney stack within Bedroom 1, introduction of a kitchenette within Bedroom 3, and a minor enlargement of the shared bathroom on the second floor. These changes maintain the approved C4 use and have been designed to meet all standards set out within the Leeds HMO SPD (2020).
