Removal of any clearly dead, excessively damaged or diseased growth that, if left, would be otherwise detrimental to either the tree itself or the health and safety of the public using the adjacent roadway and/or footpath. Removal of suckers and secondary growth at lower levels. Detailed inspection of all trees for the purposes of heath and safety and for proactive planning of future works.
