Application to remove dead wood and reduce the crown of a lime tree by 20% for safety and light improvement, and to address paving issues caused by tree growth. TPO 60E.
Proposal as recorded
Lime Tree. Need to remove dead wood from the crown as branches have begun to fall off and there is a large amount of new growth. As the crown also overhangs the pavement I am worried about the safety for passers by. The crown also needs to wholly reduced by the maximum of 20% to reduce the height and thinned to give more available light into gardens of number 1 and 2 Beech Mews. There is also a need to remove the epicormic growth. Due to extensive growth over time the tree is now causing paving stones in the garden to dip and subside. TPO 60E.
