Plan to cut down three Yew trees at the back of 17 Lea Road and grind the stumps, as they are large and not in keeping with the local environment.
Proposal as recorded
Tree 1 (T1 on sketch) is a 30ft tall conifer (Yew) at the rear left corner, as viewed from the back of 17 Lea Road. Trees 2 and 3 (T2 and T3 on sketch) are 15ft tall confiers (Yew) at the rear centre and rear right of the property, as view from the back of 17 Lea Road. We wish to fell all three trees, and grind the retained stumps down, as these are getting large and unmanageable, and not in keeping with the local environment of predominantly deciduous trees. No tree protection orders apply to any of these trees. HAR/CA15.
