Application to reduce the height of a Birch tree from 22 meters to 18 meters due to proximity to a neighbor's house, reduce the canopy of a Cherry tree from 16 meters to 12 meters to maintain a suitable size, and reduce the height of a Holly tree from 10 meters to 8 meters for maintenance.

T1 Birch - Reduce in height only from 22 meters to 18 meters approximately. The applicant is concerned about the height of this tree ad the close proximity to the neighbours house, reduce the tree to reduce the sail effect. T2 Cherry - Reduce canopy at all aspects from 16 meters to 12 meters approximately. This work has been carried out a number of times in the past, would like to keep the tree at a suitable size for it's situation. T3 Holly - Reduce in height only from 10 meters to 8 meters, would like to maintain the tree around this height also.
