Listed Building Consent sought for works for excavation of the existing lower ground floor to increase floor to ceiling head height. Reinstatement of previous existing openings between Bank House and The Old Bank. Removal of general office fixtures and fittings from the previous occupier namely carpets, gyproc drylining, electrical dado trunking etc. Replacement courtyard glass roof. New heating and cooling system. New mechanical ventilation system. New WC layouts. Additional items including 3no. faux basement windows. Secondary glazing to the front elevation stained glass windows. Security grilles to the ground floor windows (to match The Old Bank). Works to the ground floor WC block. Internal woodwork finishes. New heritage style doors. Basement tanking. Minor elements of demolition (including the approved reinstatement of previous openings). Glass roof repairs over the lightwell adjacent the front entrance. Courtyard glass roof. Courtyard glass floor. New and refurbished windows. New ventilation louvres. M&E installations.
