T1 - Sycamore - proposed works fell. Reasons - planted in very close proximity to a neighouring horse chestnut, the interior crown is bare and has little to no growth points to prune to. The tree is only semi-mature and will out grow its situation. Due to invasive ivy in the past the centre crown is lacking in vigour or vitality. TPO 305E.
