Application for a non-material amendment to 23/03322/FU for an electric vehicle charging facility and retail unit. Changes include reducing the retail unit's height, shortening the shopfront canopy, removing some glazing on the eastern side, adding a roof safety barrier, altering the EV charging bay canopies, relocating 3 trees, and removing and reorienting electrical cabinets.

Electric vehicle charging facility (Sui Generis) and retail unit (Use Class E) with associated access, parking, servicing and landscaping areas NON MATERIAL AMENDMENT to 23/03322/FU Minor reduction in height of the retail unit alongside reduction in the length of the shopfront canopy, removal of some of the glazing to the eastern elevation and the addition of a safety barrier to the roof. Reduced profile of the EV charging bay canopies, with thinner columns and roof material. Relocation of 3 proposed trees. Removal of 1 HV substation, removal of 1 LV cabinet and reorientation of remaining cabinets.
