T1 Rowan: Fell /remove. T2 Silver Birch: Prune to clear streetlight by 2m. T3 Sycamore, T5 Beech, T6 Black Pine, T12 Pear : Deadwood removal. Remove significant canopy deadwood. T4 Holly: Prune to clear parking space by 2.5m. T7 Lime: Remove major deadwood and crown raise to 5.2m to clear site boundary, garages, and parking spaces. T8 Apple: Prune to clear the building by 2m. T9 Cypress: Low canopy deadwood removal and crown raise to 3m. T10 Lawson Cypress: Prune to clear streetlight by 2m. T11 Yew: Draw back from property (blocking gas vent) by 3m. T13 Holly: Remove leaning stem. T14 Rowan: Remove secondary stem. T15 Silver Birch: Prune back to clear property by 3m T16 Lilac: Fell / Remove.
