Plan to remove a Goat Willow tree approximately 30 feet high, due to potential trunk splitting and proximity to the house, and replace it with a more suitable tree.
Proposal as recorded
T1 - Felling of Goat Willow Tree - (approximately 30 feet high) and according to the tree surgeon who came round, its trunk is liable to splitting, due to how the trunk has grown over the years. It is very close both our house and the boundary with our neighbours. He also says that it will potentially be damaging our foundations due to how close it is to the house (about 3 metres). Therefore we would like to remove this tree and replace it for something more suitable for its position near our house.
