Plan to remove a cedar tree in the back garden due to overgrowth and surface root activity, and grind out the stump.

Proposal as recorded

A cedar tree in a raised bed in the back garden has outgrown the situation, it is a lovely tree but pruning would ruin its visual amenity and it is prudent to remove now. The soil must be thin because there is a lot of surface root activity in the lawn and near the house. T1 Cedar. Middle rear garden. Fell and grind out stump. HAR/CA34.
