Application for Certificate of Proposed Lawful Use for internal works to existing property including addition of ground floor side window. Relocation and replacement of the existing boiler, currently located within the cupboard. A new boiler flue will be installed on the side elevation, in a location to be determined during installation. The flue will comply with Part 1, Class G of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended), projecting no more than 1 metre above the roof slope and not located on the principal elevation facing a highway. No extensions, changes to the footprint, creation of new streets, hardstandings, or boundary treatments are proposed. All external alterations are modest and consistent with Permitted Development rights.
