Non material amendment to application 25/00666/FUL (New residential development comprising the demolition of the existing house known as Alexander house. Proposed construction of 8 no. new dwellings and the conversion of an existing building to form 1 no. single storey dwelling together with associated access improvements onto Alexander Lane, extension of pedestrian footpath to Alexander Lane frontage, car parking, garden space, landscaping and associated development) to allow for the below changes: Bay window pop outs to be amended to run down to finished floor level on all house types (plots 1,2,3 and 8) Omission of GRP chimney on all house types Plots 4 and 5 repositioned so that they are flushed Plots 4-8 marginally moved further away from the road bell mouth Plots 1,2,3,5,6,7 and 8 amendments made to the roof pitches Removal of rooflight lanterns to single storey rear projections.
