Application to work on trees in a conservation area. T1-5 Ash trees may require a TPO application due to preservation order. G1 and T6 trees are not subject to TPO and do not merit protection, so no objections to proposed works.
Proposal as recorded
T1-5 invalid Application - The Ash trees appear to be subject to a tree preservation order anf therefore would require a TPO application, not a conservation area application. An Arboricultural report with evidence of the existence and extent of Ash dieback would be required with a future TPO application. G1 and T6 are not subject to TPO and do not merit TPO protection, therefore the council would have no objections to the proposed works to these trees.
