Plan to remove a Silver Birch tree to ground level and replace it with a more suitable species like a Juneberry or Crimson Cloud Hawthorn. The tree is too close to the house and road, has poor structure, and poses a risk to the property and pedestrians.

Proposal as recorded

T1 Betula pendula (Silver Birch) - Tree to be removed to ground level. Stump ground to level appropriate with industry standards. Replace with a more suitable species enhancing site amenity, landscape character, and biodiversity, I was considering either a Juneberry tree or a Crimson Cloud Hawthorn tree. Tree is too close to the house and road. Poor structure, overgrown and hanging over onto the pavement and road. The tree poses a risk to the property and persons walking on the pavement.
