Application to remove a semi-mature Fir tree (T63) due to a significant lean towards the property caused by storm conditions and an unbalanced crown.

Proposal as recorded

T63 Semi mature Fir: Remove due to significant lean towards property caused by Storm conditions and unbalanced crown. Outlined in the REV. ARBORICULTURAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT report within 18/02580/FU Four new dwellings and conversion of Spencer House to form five dwellings. Since recent bad weather, combined with the existing condition of the unbalanced crown, there is now a significant lean towards my property which, if it fell, would strike the roof and building causing damage. I am applying to remove the tree.
