Application to reduce and prune various trees including a Yew, Cherry, and a group of Yew & Goat Willow to control size and overhang, and to address complaints about foliage drop.
Proposal as recorded
T1. Yew - Reduce the large bulge on the property side of the tree by 2-2.25 metres, prune other limbs to shape. Reduce on the roadside by 1 metre to reduce overhang over the path. Clip back to clear the Maple by 0.5 of a metre. Reason ? To produce a more balanced tree when viewed from the property side. To control growth over the footpath and into the road. Complaints have also been received about the drop of foliage a berrys onto the footpath. T2. Cherry - Reduce in height by 1-1.25 metres and prune lateral limbs to shape. Reason ? To control size. G3. Yew & Goat Willow group - Reduce overhang back to approximately the line of the boundary. (Possibly remove a single low limb on the Goat Willow) Reason ? To reduce overhang over the cabin/boundary due to excessive moss and lichen growth on the roof of the cabin. HAR/CA26, TPO 96W.
