Church Road to erect a part 2,3,4,5 and 6-storey building containing 65 residential units, 298m2 (GEA) retail floorspace, together with 7 car parking spaces and associated works as revised by plans and details and subject to a Deed of Agreement dated 5 May 2017 under Section 106 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, as amended.
