Hybrid planning permission comprising: - Full planning permission for the demolition of the existing gatehouse; the conversion and redevelopment of Block D including partial demolition and erection of upwards extension to create a part single, part 3, part 6 and part 9 storey building comprising 78 residential units (Use Class C3) and commercial, business and service floorspace (Use Class E); the creation of a 12-storey Transport Hub comprising a multi-storey car park with commercial, business and service floorspace (Use Class E); associated public realm and landscaping, infrastructure and highways improvement works; and - Outline planning permission with all matters reserved except for access for a mixed-use development of up to 33/17/10 storeys comprising: up to 500 residential units (Use Class C3) and associated car parking; up to 500sqm of commercial, business and service floorspace (Use Class E); the creation of a pavilion building (up to 470sqm, Use Class F2); public realm and landscaping; highways improvement works; and other associated infrastructure.
