Application to prune and manage various trees including Malus, Cherry, White Poplar, Norway Maple, Hawthorn, and Silver Birch at Leewood Court, Heaton Moor.
Proposal as recorded
1. Malus - Prune back the low limb over the path by 1 metre. 2. Cherry - Reduce longer leaders and laterals to create a more compact canopy formation. 3. White Poplar Suckers, Norway Maple saplings and large shrubs at the side of the building. Cut the Poplar suckers to ground level. Cut the Norway Maple saplings to ground level and clip the shrubs to clear the side of the building by 2 metres. 4. Norway Maple close to the front corner of the property - Reduce in height by 4 metres and prune lateral branches on the building side to give a minimum clearance of 2 metres. 5. Dead/Dying Hawthorn - Sectional dismantle to ground level. 9. Silver Birch - Clip to clear the building by 1.5 metres. HAR/CA15, TPO 13N, TPO 14N.
