Plan to fell one Cupressus x Leylandii and reduce the height of several laurels and an ash tree to 5 metres at 19 Gibsons Road, outside the area of TPO G14 (Heaton Moor no 18 1976). No work is proposed for the pine tree or within the TPO G14 area.
