Application for physical works related to changing the use of a building under Class MA Permitted Development. This includes installing new double doors on the southern side, adding two dormer windows to the rear, removing an external stair and chimney stack, adding new windows to the northern and southern sides, amending the first-floor roof detail at the rear, adding new glazing to the existing glazed link corridor, extending the first floor at the rear of the main building and outbuilding, amending the roof of the rear building area, and associated landscaping.
