Plan to manage trees in the rear garden: Remove a large collapsed stem from multi-stemmed Prunus trees, remove ivy, reduce growth towards the house, thin the crown, and reduce branches. Prune Willow to clear boundary and reduce overhang from the studio. Remove Sycamore sapling near the railway.
Proposal as recorded
Rear Garden: G1: Multi-stemmed Prunus trees: Remove one large collapsed stem which grows toward and over the neighbouring property; remove Ivy from the high crown structure; reduce lateral and sub-lateral growth of the stem growing towards the house and over the lawn by approximately 1.20m; thin crown by approximately 20%; reduce overlong branches back into main crown structure by up to 1.50m. G2: Willow (collapsed but regenerating): Prune back to clear neighbouring boundary/property line by approximately 1.00m; reduce overhang hard back from the studio to provide a minimum clearance of approximately 1.20m; remove minor secondary sucker growth at ground level to clear the building; remove sucker growth and stems which are growing into the crown of the centrally located Leyland Cypress. T3: Sycamore Sapling: in the left hand corner close to the railway and neighbouring property. Remove.
