Lawful Development Certificate for the change of use of land from a car park to an outside market (Sui Generis use), together with the siting of 8 semi-permanent kiosks comprised of: 5 singular units, 2 large square units and 1 large rectangular unit for trade, community use, and other uses associated with the operation of the new Square. Further development includes the installation of a canopy and toilet facilities within a modular block, pay stations and hard landscaping works, including resurfacing of the land, a performance stage, litter bins and planters, and soft landscaping works including the planting of trees and shrubs.
