Omission of the rear staircase, access door and associated internal walls to 97 to the rear extension; 2. Removal of rooflights to rear extension; 3. Cycle store enlarged at ground floor, by the removal of the wall previously required by the removed stair; 4. Internal opening formed in the party wall between 96 and 97 at first and second floor levels; 5. South facing windows added to first floor to previous blank openings; 6. The rear extension would shift 600mm westwards to avoid conflict with the existing party wall with the neighbouring First White Cloth Hall;
