T2 Yew front of drive RHS, limb covered in ivy leaning at 45% over footpath to be removed and sever ivy at base. T3-4 Magnolia Rear centre of garden, both to be reduced by 0.5M and pruned. T1 conifer LHS boundary fence front corner of house, cut back overhang from building to clear by 0.5M. T5 Paper Birch LHS boundary fence side passage way, reduce overhang by 0.5M to boundary line. T6 Holly RHS behind garage just inside wooded area, to be reduced to match hedge row height of finished height 6-8ft G1 Conifer Hedge RHS property line to be reduced by up to 1M. G2 Conifer hedge bottom of garden LHS to be reduced by up to 1M to match beech hedge in neighbouring property. HAR/CA29, TPO 326W.
