G2 Beech, Elm and Lime, located to the west side of the newly constructed garage, Crown thin canopies, by 10% and prune back from the neighbouring property, where applicable. T1 Sycamore, located just to the west of the property, balance lower crown and rebalance upper canopy, where required.
