Application to remove 2 self-seeded Sycamores, 1 self-seeded Ash, and 1 Silver Birch due to health and safety concerns, with plans to replace the Sycamores with a smaller tree like a Cherry.
Proposal as recorded
We would like to remove 2 self seed Sycamores. 1 is dying, the other has grown with 2 trunks and is close to the house, looks like it is splitting. The self seeded Ash is dying as is the Silver Bireh. There are many other trees on site. A Tree Surgeon has advised that they are removed as an urgency the ones closest to the house we would replace the Sycamore (2) with a smaller tree such as a Cherry. HAR/CA34.
