Application for a non-material amendment to Planning Permission 23/00679/PP, which includes alterations to a dwellinghouse, conversion of a store in an outbuilding to a room, and an extension to form a link to the main house. The amendment involves retaining the north gable door opening, adding a window opening to the ground floor bedroom, and slightly enlarging a window in the east elevation. Due to poor conditions found during excavation, rock will be cut back and rear walls strengthened with retaining walls.
