A permeable hardstanding to suit a motorhome or caravan. For siting of motorhome or caravan temporarily as and when the land owner seeks to enjoy the use of the land. The application is also to include the making of the storage area/container legal as the structure was in place, use and was finished well before April 2024. The application includes a demarcation of the existing storage container area/yard with additional screening through planting and a field entrance gate to the yard. The hardstanding will be permeable and topped with stone chip which is in existing use for the site entrance and track to the storage yard as shown
