Reason: To control regrowth which is now getting large and extended leaning over path. [5] Hawthorn: Located along Monks Lane border of property. Proposal: Clear low regrowth on stem to 4m. Reason: Cyclical management to control regrowth on stem. [8] 2no. Maple: Eastern end of property, within lawn adjacent to pathway to N Crofts. Proposal: Reduce regrowth height by up to 1.5m and lateral spread by 0.5m all round to tidy form. Reason: Cyclical pruning to maintain compact forms. [9] Laburnum & Ash (overhanging): Overhanging western border from pub garden. Proposal: Reduce property facing lateral spread by 1.5m. Reason: To control encroaching lateral spread to property.
