We Would Like To Apply To Crown Lift The Small Section Of Tree In The Sketch. We Would Like To Remove 2 (Two) Meters Of The Very Low Hanging Branches Within The Red Box On The Sketch. The Tree In Question Is The First Tree From The War Memorial Back Towards Town Centre On Sandbach Road South As Per The Location Plan Uploaded Which Is Covered By A TPO. We Would Only Be Working On The Area Marked On The Sketch So Would Not Require To Crown Lift The Entire Base Of The Tree. The Reason For The Works Is A High Increase In Crime And Antisocial Behaviour In The Area Leading To Applications From Police, Residents And The Town Council For The Installation Of CCTV. The CCTV Can Be Installed But The Tree Is Now So Low Over The Highway, We Can No Longer Get Line Of Sight To An Antenna Further Down Sandbach Road South. These Antennas Have Been Installed As Low As Safely Possible To Reduce The Impact Of The Tree And The Area.
