Building On Top Of Existing Garage, With Matching Roof Pitch To Be In Keeping With The Character Of The House And Local Area. Requirement Is To Improve Liveable Space Upstairs. Current Bathroom Is Not Usable For Adults Or Family Living, Due To Limited Floor Space And Very Small Bath. At Present We Are Unable To Use The Bath For Adults And When Bathing Our Children Under 5 We Have To Leave The Door Open And Use The Landing Area. Reconfiguring The Upstairs Space With The Extension Will Provide Us With 3 Double Bedrooms For Our Growing Family, And A Master Bedroom. In Keeping With Modern Living.
