The site comprises a substantial group of buildings originally forming part of an agricultural complex. The existing barns have been converted and the original farmhouse refurbished, the building subject to this application is attached to the New Dairy House, also a Grade 2 listed building. The proposals comprise of: 1. Alterations to the floor layouts on all levels. 2. The extension to the ground floor. 3. Upgrading of the existing drive, fencing, and hedging to the existing footpath, and upgrading the boundary treatment. The full details of the works are included in the proposal’s drawings, the existing layouts are fully recorded on the existing drawings.
