Decay Column Extends From Underside Of Roots Into Stem Base, Currently Pathogen Is Unidentified. Request Permission For Removal Of Dead And Failed Branches. Also A Targeted Reduction Taking No More Than 2m From Branch Tips. Reason: Begin Retrenchment Pruning To Reduce Likelihood Of Failure Of Whole Tree Or Branches Without Removing Excessive Material Or Large Diameter Cuts Leaving The Tree Physiologically Depleted. T2 Yew - Yew: Removal Of No More Than 2m From Branch Tips To Prune Back From Existing Building Preventing Direct Damage. Similar Reduction On Opposite Side Of Crown To Balance The Appearance Of The Yew, Removing No More Than 1m From Brach Tips.
