[14] Pine: Located along the rear border of property. Proposal: Reduce western extended limbs by 1-1.5m and remove major deadwood 3cm diameter and greater. Reason: To control weighting on extended limbs and lateral spread to property. [26] Robinia: Located along the rear border of property. Proposal: Reduce eastern lateral spread by 2m. Reason: To control encroaching lateral spread encroaching to neighbours garden. [27] Lime: Located along the rear border of property. Proposal: Reduce eastern lateral spread by 2.5m.
