(T1) Horse Chestnut - Removal down to ground level. Root system is damaging septic tank. (T2) Sycamore - Removal down to ground level. Root system is damaging septic tank. On the public map viewer, the description of the above TOP lists one Elm and one Horse Chestnut as the two trees making up the TPO. This Sycamore falls in the TPO area. so for the avoidance of doubt, we thought it best to include. If it isn't subject to a TPO please confirm. Both trees are large and overpowering for the size of garden they are sat in. The Sycamore is supressing the Horse Chestnut heavily. One Oak and one Horse Chestnut to be planted to replace.
