Application to remove a sycamore tree at the back of the property, checking if it is covered by a TPO.

We have been asked to remove a sycamore tree at the back of the address. There is a green line indicating a TPO is in place along the rear of the property. I have been told by local authorities that the order only covers the trees that were Present when the order was made (75) years ago. I am unsure wether this tree will be included in this and so I am making this application In hope of finding out and then being granted permission to carry out the work intended. HAR/CA9, TPO 1eE.
