Plan to remove a dead Whitebeam tree in the front garden, reduce the crown of a Maple tree near the house, and reduce the crown of a Rowan tree by one third to encourage growth.
Proposal as recorded
T1 Whitebeam - Removal of dead tree in front garden. Too large, approximately 40 years old. It produced no leaf during last year and is clearly dead but with no visible sign of disease. T2 Maple - Whole crown reduction of variegated tree to reduce height and re-shape. This tree is fairly near the house and vigorous in growth and requires containment. T3 Rowan - Whole crown reduction of tree to reduce height by approximately one third. The tree is approximately 40 years old and recently had begun to die back in places. It produced very few flowers/berries last year and it is hoped pruning will re-invigorate the tree.
