Demolition of existing dwelling house and the erection of a 66 bed care home (C2) with ancillary car parking and landscaping - NON MATERIAL AMENDMENT TO 23/06901/FU - Addition of photovoltaics on the roof for building regulations compliance and enhance the sustainability aspect of the building. Please see attached drawing Otley Elevations. Amendments to paving to the rear of the building to better suit the management of the service users / residents. (note this does not affect the trees or the installed tree fencing position) Please see attached drawing Otley Site . Addition of windows to the ground floor kitchen & laundry on the West and East Elevation to provide natural light to these spaces. Incorporation of Fire Hose Inlet boxes in the external leaf .
