Request to cut down a Lime tree (T1) and grind the stump to pavement level due to safety concerns at the end of the driveway on Bankhall Road. The tree obstructs the view of oncoming traffic, posing a danger when exiting the driveway.

Proposal as recorded

I Wish to fell the Lime tree (T1)and grind the stump to pavement level. The tree is at the end of our driveway and right on the edge of the boundary of our property and the narrow pavement of Bankhall Road. The tree blocks our view of oncoming traffic and makes it dangerous for us to pull out of our driveway. We have had numerous near misses and with increased traffic levels, quieter engines and speeding drivers, we are extremely concerned for the safety of our family, pedestrians and other road users. Please see attached. TPO 492W.
